Pulsed Laser Deposition of Tio2 Nanostructures for Verify the Linear and Non-Linear Optical Characteristics

The present work aims to achieve pulsed laser deposition ofTiO2 nanostructures and investigate their nonlinear properties using z-scan technique.The second harmonic Q-switched Nd: YAG at repetition rate of 1Hz wavelength 532 nm with three different fluencies in the range 0.77-1.1 J/cm2 was utilized irradiate TiO2 target. products laser-induced plasma were characterized by utilizing UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force Microscope (AFM),and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). A reasonable agreement found among data obtained usingX-Ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy. XRD results showed that prepared thin films all crystallite structure no impurity peaks other elements. Also, peak intensities increased increasing ablating fluency. AFM measurements indicated that,during deposition, as fluency increased, average diameter nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs)was decreased from 86 57 nm, althoughthe differences increase multiphoton investigated ultra-fast femtosecond method.The impact thickness on non-linear coefficient studied well.
